Ranma Saotome is a martial arts prodigy who suffers from a bizarre curse: splashing him with cold water turns him into a girl, while hot water changes him back. To make matters more chaotic, his father arranges an engagement between Ranma and Akane Tendo, a fierce martial artist who completely hates boys.
