In the 202X A.D., autonomous electric vehicles have replaced traditional internal combustion engines across Japan. However, a massive street racing circuit known as MFG keeps the passion for classic racing alive. Kanata Rivington, a 19-year-old Japanese-British racer trained by the legendary Takumi Fujiwara, arrives in Japan driving a humble Toyota 86 to conquer the tracks and find his missing father.
